…a little better all the time (it can’t get no worse).

I always enjoy the year-end “best of” lists that seem to circulate the web and lifestyle mags around the holidays. One band that seemed to secure at least a top three spot across nearly all the indie and new rock lists was Fleet Foxes. Well naturally I had to check it out and let me tell you the hype is real. I can’t stop listening to this album. The songs remind me of a cross between David Crosby’s “If I COuld Only Remember My Name” and Neko Case’s “Fox Confessor Brings the Flood,” but with a pop sensibility. Anyway, I highly recommend this WHOLE album. The hype is, for once, very true.
